⚖️ Article 3 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer and every distance contract between Bellenor and the consumer.

🛒 Article 4 – The offer

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious errors are not binding on Bellenor.

✍️ Article 5 – The agreement

The agreement is concluded upon acceptance of the offer and successful payment. In the event of electronic acceptance, Bellenor will immediately confirm receipt.

↩️ Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Bellenor offers an additional 30-day return policy.

💸 Article 7 – Costs in case of withdrawal

Return costs in case of regret are the responsibility of the consumer. Refunds will be provided within 14 days of cancellation.

🚫 Article 8 – Exceptions

No right of withdrawal for personalized products, sealed hygiene products, perishable products, and digital content after consent.

💰 Article 9 – Prices and payment methods

All prices include VAT and free shipping within the EU. Payment methods are listed on the website.

✅ Article 10 – Conformity and warranty

Bellenor guarantees that products comply with the agreement and legal provisions. Legal warranties apply.

📦 Article 11 – Delivery and execution

Orders are processed with care. Risk transfers only upon delivery to the consumer. Multiple shipments may be required.

⏳ Article 12 – Long-term transactions

Contracts for an indefinite period can be terminated with a maximum notice period of one month.

💳 Article 13 – Payment

Any inaccuracies in payment information must be reported immediately. Statutory interest may be charged in the event of late payment.

⚠️ Article 15 – Liability & force majeure

Bellenor is not liable for indirect damages unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Force majeure includes external factors that prevent delivery.

💡 Article 16 – Intellectual property

All rights to content, text, and products belong to Bellenor or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
